First Person Rate

Members: $1095 ($995 before March 31, 2011)
Non-Members $1295 ($1195 before March 31, 2011)

2nd Person Rate

Members: $597
Non-Members: $697

Cancellation Policy

All registrants must be with the same program (same organization). If a cancellation from the group is necessary, the fees will be determined by the total number of actual attendees.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing no later than April 29, 2011. There will be a $100.00 (US$) processing fee for all cancellations. Cancellations after that date maybe subject to additional fees.
