LERN’s Selecting Winning Initiatives provides a detailed introduction to the criteria and processes by which continuing education and lifelong learning programs identify, evaluate, select, and implement major initiatives. Without satisfying these criteria prior to their implementation, new initiatives run the risk of (1) failure and (2) burdening the program - and possibly the larger institution. |
