When you register for an online event, you will be given a password so
you can enter the
LERN INTERNET CONFERENCE CENTER.
Here is what you will find in the LERN INTERNET CONFERENCE CENTER. A
description of each room follows after the floorplan map.
When you click here, you will be given a brief overview of your online event, along with the schedule or agenda and any other instructions your presenters think will be helpful.
Click here and you will get a participants list with the names of everyone else enrolled in your online event.
Click here and you will get a chat room where your presenter will present information for you and everyone else in your online event. At the bottom of the chat room, you can ask your presenter questions or be involved in a discussion. Or maybe your presenter will be invite participants to share your ideas with the group.
Click here and you will enter another chat room for participants only. No presenters allowed! This is just for you to talk with others in your group. Ask a question. Share an idea. Respond to someone else's thoughts.
Many online events will have reports, articles, and other readings available for you as part of the online event. You can view or read the information in the Reading Room, or you can download it and read it later.
You do NOT need an audio capability on your computer to participate. But at some time in the near future here is where we will be developing audio tapes for you to download and listen to. Right now this area is not yet developed. But we wanted to show you the next step in developing our Internet Conference Center.

Here's where we can help you test yourself. We will be putting up quizes for some of our online events, and you can test yourself to see how well you do. We give you the answers right away and only you know how well you did. We do not keep scores or grades--it's just there as another learning tool if you want.
Finally, we tell you what Cybersnack is. It is a quote, a joke, a cartoon or some other light information. Every once in a while, take a break from your online event and enjoy a Cybersnack. On us.
