Arizona Sonora Desert Museum/Saguaro National Monument (12:30 – 5:30 p.m.)
The meeting is done, so stay a little longer and treat yourself to a unique, world-class museum and zoo (www.desertmuseum.org). Start your afternoon with lunch on your own at one of the museums restaurants then explore the grounds, at your own pace. You’ll find the desert brought to life in a way you have never experienced. On your ride to the museum you’ll pass through Saguaro National Park
(www.nps.gov/sagu), home to the enormous cacti that takes 75 years before it grows its first arm. Transportation is included (lunch on your own). $31/person
