Refund
/ Substitution Policy
Substitutions
are permitted at any time. Cancellations must be received
in writing within 30 days or the participant will be assessed
a $50 cancellation fee.
If cancellation
is received less than 7 days prior to the seminar, a voucher
will be issued, but no refund can be made.
Changes
Occasionally
changes in programs are made in response to speaker availability,
participant demand or unforeseen circumstances. While LERN
will do everything it can to insure participant satisfaction,
LERN’s liability is limited to the registration fee only.
