5. Be able to budget an upcoming session.
   
   
6. Be able to analyze financially your most recent session/classes/events.
   
   
7. Be able to identify the ideal ratios (promotion, production, operating margin) for your type of programming.
   
   
8. Be able to state your Average Participants Per Class/Event; Average Class/Event Fee; Cancellation Rate; and Response Rate. Have a written record of your program’s statistical history.

11. Be able to conduct a needs assessment, doing market research of a particular audience for a particular curriculum or type of program.
